Our production process is based mainly on the processing of tubular steel, which arrives at our factory in long sections. It is then cut, bent, drilled and held in special supports for the welding of the assembled frame, after which it is cleaned and prepared for chrome-plating or painting, jobs that are outsourced to our highly qualified contract suppliers, who have been working with us for years.

All these production phases are carried out with our processing shop machinery, using offset presses, computer-controlled tube benders to various angles, socket formers, spot welders of different capacity, sheet metal benders, shears and special robotized MIG welders and gas welders with filled joints. Our Advanced Projects section works together with customers to assess the functionality and ergonomics of new projects, and studies new prototypes, also working to customer specifications, guaranteeing exclusiveness and confidentiality. Last year our machine shop produced several new models ready for definitive production. Other articles from the furnishing sector are also studied, so that we can diversify our range of products while maintaining the same processes of production and technology.
